Round down and round up back and hamstring stretching
Standing upper trunk rotation with hands behind your head
Forward Bends
If you only have time to do one stretch do this one – 6 min mark in this video
Side Lunge for Hip Mobility – 10 minute mark in this video
Arm Swings
Arm Swings with feet apart and toes pointed straight ahead
Simulates Shoveling for range of motion warm-up
Rip Trainer Squat facing anchor point
