No amount of advertising can solve this often hidden problem…

No matter the level of creativity, the amount, or even the overall effectivnes of your advertising...none of it will solve the problem of being forced to overcome a product or experience that is disappointing, frustrating, or even misleading for your customers and clients.

This reminds me of the tiny little shit dog in your neighborhood who doesn't ever seem to stop barking.

Until one day, your own dog who is twice the size and with ten times the presence and a far superior temperament, finally reaches her limit. She roars at this little menace to society and sends him back into his owner's arms begging for mercy.

If you ignore your customers, you too will eventually wake the sleeping lion in the form of a competitor and customers who have tired of your lack of creativity and commitment and non-sense and decide to eat you alive.
