So this is a really easy thing to underestimate in your business because especially initially when you decide to do this, almost nothing will happen, but, but it does create things out of, almost out of thin air, but it's really not out of thin air. This is about taking your website traffic and turning it into deals, turning it into leads, then prospects, and then deals. This is just a quick example from yesterday. So I'm in Madison, Wisconsin.

It's getting cooler, Although we're enjoying some really nice October weather here. We often get a number of days in October that are just brilliant and we enjoy those. But the furnace is running at times to keep the house warm at night because it's dipping down to freezing near freezing. And our April Air, which is, that's just a brand, but basically it's the humidifier you put on your furnace when you live in climates like this, which drips a little moisture into the air as it circulates in the house, and it makes an amazing difference all winter long. Well, ours broke. The rep was here the other last week doing a furnace check for the winter, identified the fact that this thing was really, it's done. We knew it was getting close needs to be replaced. Now, about a week went by and we hadn't heard much because someone was on vacation.

That's another story about how you really have to be careful when you've got leads and prospects and deals in the pipeline. Make sure you continue to work them. They could have easily lost my business in this situation. But yesterday, and here's my point. Yesterday I got on their website, it was five 30, I was gonna call them, but they, they closed at four, but they had on their website a little text chat bot, pardon me, and I thought, you know what? I'm just gonna give this a try. So I put my request in there. I said, Hey, it's John. You know, they know who I am. I'm a good longtime customer. I'm, I'm still waiting for this quote. Can someone please get back to me tomorrow? And sure enough, someone responded to that text message Within an hour, we went back and forth a little bit on the price.

Negotiated a great deal. I got a text message first thing this morning saying, Hey, we've got time today. Can we come out and do it? Boom, you bet. What time do you wanna be here? The thing will be done by the end of today, and I will be going to sleep tonight with that nice, fresh, humid air breathing in all night, getting a great night's sleep because they put this little text bot on their website and engaged with it. That is what I'm encouraging you to do. Yes, you have to have someone who monitors it. Yes, they have to have a strategy around it. But if you would like help doing this, I can help you do this.
