I believe that strongly and my mission here on this blog is to prevent you from suffering this malady.
The overhaul on this blog was long overdue. A job delayed while I made my awkward transition out of a twenty plus year career as a fitness professional. I have begun the brick laying work carefully, as I meander toward my new north star. My reinvention of this site starts with this post, and I will not stop until I have constructed something that will more strongly connect me with all of you in a way that is meaningful, inspirational, disciplined and fulfilling for both of us.
Thank you for your support and for your patience as I work through this. I promise that ultimately, you won't be disappointed.
