How to cultivate more clarity in your life and business

Less is now. How to Free yourself from too much stuff and cultivate clarity in your life and business

Before I get into this short post today, I want to preface everything by admitting that I need to work on finding more clarity in life as much as anyone. Just ask my wife, Laura. There are times when the ash flash workshop can resemble a flea market stand after a bad wind storm. And after 6 years in this house, this seems to be a constant challenge. The BIG garage sale this summer should help. Maintaining awareness and diligence in this area of my life is vital. In fact, it truly is essential for clarity in your life. You must pursue this ideal with constant awareness and discipline.

Too much stuff accumulated over time can make you feel trapped and confined.

Sometimes, even the stuff we thing we MUST have becomes the very stuff that begins to weigh us down.

This is true for both physical stuff and often harder to notice without some kind of regular mindfulness practice, the mental stuff that clutters your mind and stymies your growth and potential.

When not addressed, the quiet accumulation of stuff can lead to:

  • Self-imposed obstacles
  • Resistance
  • Massive frustration, and
  • Stress

If you continue to bottle this up and ignore the clutter, it will lead to grudges, anger and bitterness and you will clog the universal channels that bring you more clarity in life and the results you desire

Is it time to focus on clarity?

I find it almost always is...

Here's a quick and easy way to start.

Stop thinking about all of it at once. Whatever it is. Chunk it down. Identify some clutter today and remove it. Celebrate. And then repeat again tomorrow, and don't ever stop.
