Wendi A Ashworth obituary
April 24th, 1970 - May 16th, 2007
Poway High School alumna, Wendi A. Ashworth, died at age 37 on May 16, 2007 due to complications resulting from Crohn’s Disease.
Ms. Ashworth attended Poway High School from 1984 to 1988 and later graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California in 1993. While at Poway, she was a successful soccer player and coach.
Survivors include her parents, William and Ann; and brothers and sister, John, Jerry, Michael and Heather.
Services were held June 1 in Wheaton, Ill., at Saint Michael’s Catholic Church.

I cried through all of this we have her number 22 in my office. she was so good to our daughter Andrea when she was 5 and we went to visit your parents we have so many memories with you all at one time I knitted all you kids hooded sweaters, made you a soccoe ball cake out of a bowl do you remember when I came to visit in Calif? I would love to know your memories of me when you were little.
Lots of great memories, Bubba. I remember all the visits and have a great memory of you coming with we, sitting on the cliff and watching me surf :). I Love you.
I remember you and I sitting on the beach listening and seeing music I cannot remember what the music was? Your always in my heart.
