"My experience with Lexus of Madison was one of the most awesome inspiring experiences of my life. It all started when my car went on the brinks. At that point I thought my whole world would be turned upside down, so I started stressing about how I would get back and forth to work, running errands, just things we do to keep our lives going forward. After having my vehicle towed to Lexus of Madison, I wasn't sure what would happen next. So the next day I called Lexus of Madison and spoke with one of the receptionist there and explained my dilemma. I scheduled an appointment for that weekend. Upon my arrival, the first miracle started to happen. I was greeted by one of the concierge name Dan of the service department who has always treated me nice. Not only did they put me in a loaner car while determining what the issue was with my car. They allowed me to regain some of my sanity by having the loaner at my disposal until they figured out the problem with my car. After being greeted by Dan, I decided to hang around a little longer, so I started looking at the cars on lot. There was one particular car I was really interested in. I was then greeted by Matthew another great guy. I told Matt that I really liked this one car. After speaking with him he gave me his card to get in touch with him. A few days later I got the news on my vehicle which was a huge blow. I knew at that point I had a big decision to make. After speaking with Dan, I decided it would not be in my best interest to invest any more money into my old car. I then ask Dan if he would connect me to the sales department where I then spoke with one of the receptionist . I asked if Matthew was available, she informed me that it was his day off but she could connect me with John Ashworth one of Matt colleagues. After been transferred to John Ashworth the second miracle started to happen. My experience with John was so enlighten and professional that he made the whole process very easy to understand which ultimately lead to me making a good business decision for me and my family. He truly was my guardian angel. The third miracle is when I got the call from John who said you are now the owner of a new 2016 Lexus SUV. The final miracle was getting to meet the whole team face to face at Lexus of Madison. There I met John, Matt, and another colleague of John in the main office, Josh and Sam. The final process was very smooth in its transition. I was fully informed about my new SUV. This meet was such an amazing experience. That I would like to once again say Thanks to everyone at Lexus of Madison.
